1. Quotes

Quotes are given by phone after we've asked about your vehicle, its condition and the work you want. A quote is a firm price for the work described. If we find something on inspection that changes the scope — heavy mold, biohazards, prior paint damage — we'll tell you and get your OK before continuing. Nothing is added to your bill without your agreement.

2. Bookings & cancellations

Bookings are confirmed by phone or text. Please give us 24 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment so we can offer the slot to someone else. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings. If we need to reschedule due to weather (mobile jobs) or illness, we'll contact you as early as possible and offer the next available slot.

3. Mobile service, pickup & drop-off

Mobile details require access to the vehicle, a safe place to work and, ideally, water and power. Pickup and drop-off is offered within the Greater Victoria area; we carry commercial insurance and drive your vehicle only between your location and our shop.

4. Your vehicle & belongings

Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. Items left in the vehicle are set aside and returned. We aren't responsible for pre-existing damage, aftermarket parts, or wear that a detail can't reverse (deep scratches through the clear coat, torn upholstery, permanent stains). We'll point these out during the walk-through.

5. Satisfaction

We walk you around the car before you pay. If something isn't right, tell us on the spot or within 48 hours and we'll fix it at no charge. Ceramic coating and PPF work carries the manufacturer's product warranty plus our workmanship guarantee — the details are on your invoice.

6. Payment

Payment is due when the work is complete and you've seen it. We accept cash, debit, credit and e-transfer. Prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to GST/PST where applicable.

7. Privacy — what we do with your number

When you submit the callback form we receive your name, phone number, the answers you picked, and any notes. We use them to call you back about your quote and, if you book, to confirm and deliver the service. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else. We may text you appointment reminders; reply STOP to opt out. The site uses standard analytics (Google) to see which pages and buttons people use; no form contents are sent to analytics.
